Two bedrooms, two baths, balcony overlooking ocean and mangrove forest, and 24 hour security. The property contains a heated swimming pool in addition to a spa, two lighted tennis courts, its own marina and boat ramp and a waterfront cafe with bar. There a Beach Area with Tiki Huts - Oceanfront Gazebo where you can gather together with friends and watch the beautiful sunrise over the Ocean.

Situated on Overseas Highway (US 1) just miles from the John Pennecamp State Park, where you can snorkel, scuba dive and kayak to your hearts content. Experience the diving of the only living coral reef in North America. See the splendid colorful coral and tropical fish while you dive in the clear pristine blue green waters of the coral reef. Great weather year round for boating, diving, fishing and just relaxing in the sun.
A hurricane is a tropical system with maximum sustained winds of at least 74 mph. At the center of the hurricane is an "eye" that varies in size but is commonly 20 to 30 miles wide. While the storm itself may extend out from the eye several hundred miles, hurricane force winds (74 mph) routinely extend 50 to 100 miles out of the eye. Atlantic hurricanes "spin" in a counter clockwise rotation that is started by the rotation of the earth.
